Not maid of honour, Alia Bhatt shares wedding photos with her 'Cat of honour' Edward

Days after tying the knot with Ranbir Kapoor , Alia Bhatt has offered a glimpse of another set of wedding photos featuring her dearest cat, Edward. Amid her busy schedule, the actor took time to share beautiful pictures of herself as a bride from her fairytale wedding on Saturday.

Taking to Instagram, the Brahmastra actress shared her bridal look with a series of pictures. Dressed in a Sabyasachi Mukherjee-designed saree, the actress makes for the most elegant bride accessorised with exquisite jewellery. But what caught the major attention was the picture in which she can be seen sitting with her little cat Edward. She captioned the photo as "Cat of honour." and added a white heart emoji and a sparkle emoji to the post. Quickly after her sister-in-law, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni commented, "My most beautiful girl." Alia Bhatt got married to her longtime boyfriend and actor Ranbir Kapoor in an intimate ceremony at their Mumbai residence on April 14 this year. Meanwhile, Alia is currently shooting for Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani with Ranveer Singh . The film also stars veteran actors such as Shabana Azmi , Dharmendra , and Jaya Bachchan. On the other hand, Ranbir is shooting for Sandeep Reddy Vanga ’s Animal with Rashmika Mandanna in Manali.
