'No point of garnering sympathy': Divya Khosla receives trolling in place of 'blessings' as she gets badly injured during Yaariyan 2
Recently, the actress took to Instagram to share her bruised face informing her fans that she got badly injured while shooting for an action sequence.
Producer Bhushan Kumar ’s wife and actress Divya Khosla has lately been garnering limelight for having immense dedication towards her work. She is currently shooting in the UK for her upcoming movie, Yaariyan 2 . While shooting, she has been facing several challenges as a few days back a picture surfaced which showed her shivering after shooting a scene in extremely cold weather. Recently, the actress took to Instagram to share her bruised face informing her fans that she got badly injured while shooting for an action sequence. While some of the netizens prayed for her speedy recovery, others brutally trolled her for garnering sympathy.
On Wednesday, Divya shared a series of pictures of herself wherein one side of her face could be seen as badly bruised. “Got badly injured during an action sequence for my upcoming project. But the show must go on. Need all your blessings and healing energy,” she captioned her post. Quickly after her industry friends dropped concern messages and wished her a speedy recovery, however, some trolls chimed in to drop harsh reactions.
While one of the users wrote, “Wait, what? Need blessings and healing energy for this? A mother in a middle-class household gets this on a daily basis. LOL.” Another poked fun saying, “Pls go to America to have you surgery . Bahut gehri chot hai.” “Continues to wrk then why to show off.. Our soldiers daily fight for us and daily they get hurt.. they never do show off.. Salaam to our each n every soldier 🪖.. Bharat Mata ki Jai.. Jai Hind..,” schooled one of the users. “Itni injury me to me ghr walo ko bhi nhi batata hu (I don't show such a small injury to even my family members),"added another.
Meanwhile, Divya had earlier helmed the first part of the upcoming Yaariyan 2. This time, she is one of the actors alongside Meezaan Jafri and Yash Das Gupta in the lead roles. Besides them, Warina Hussain, Priya Varrier, and Pearl V Puri have prominent roles in the movie. Helmed by Radhika Rao and Vinay Sapru, and backed by T-Series, the film is set for October 2023 release.
