During an interview with DNA, when he was asked to comment on No Entry 2, Anil said, "Ghar ki baat hai, ghar mein rehne do. Usse kya discuss karna (It's a personal matter; why should we discuss it?)."

Earlier, it was reported that the actor was not happy with Boney’s decision to not include him in the film's star cast. It was also said that the two brothers were not on speaking terms due to this issue. Speaking about the casting of No Entry 2, Anil said, “Dekho ghar ki baat ko kya discuss karna (Look, what is there to discuss about family matters?). And he (Boney) is never wrong.”

Anil, who is currently promoting the latest season of Bigg Boss OTT, Big Boss OTT 3, which he hosts, tried to deflect from the issue and told DNA in a promotional interview that this was a family matter.

Boney shared with Zoom, “Before I could tell my brother Anil about the No Entry sequel and the cast involved, he got angry as the news was already leaked. It was unfortunate that it was leaked.
