'Movie ka chakkar nahi hota to...': Anupam Kher, Neena Gupta, Nargis Fakhri serve Mumbai Dabbawalas to promote Shiv Shastri Balboa, netizens react

Anupam Kher is all set for his next project titled Shiv Shastri Balboa in which he is featured alongside Neena Gupta , Nargis Fakhri , and Sharib Hashmi. Directed by Indian-American filmmaker Ajayan Venugopalan, the film follows a fascinating tale of the survival of an Indian in a small town in America. The team recently served Mumbai dabbawalas in Juhu as part of the movie promotions. Several videos and pictures from the event have surfaced on the internet evoking reactions from the netizens.
In the video, Nargis, Anupam, Neena, and Sharib could be seen wearing white-colored caps just like dabbawalas and serving food to them. As soon as the video surfaced, one netizen wrote, “For money so many things they have to do even for limelight too” The second user stated, “Movie promotion karne ke liye kay Kay karna padta hai. Movie ke chakkar nahi hota to ye ek selfie nahi dete.” One of the users trolled Neena for wearing sunglasses while serving food. “Neena Gupta is wearing glares and serving food these actors can never be real,” wrote the user. On Saturday, the makers of the film shared the motion poster in which Anupam was seen riding a bike while Neena sat in the back seat with a dog in her hand. Last year, Anupam had shared the first poster of the film in which they were seen stranded in the middle of a village abroad with cows grazing in the backdrop. The film marks Anupam’s second collaboration with Neena after Sooraj Barjatya’s Uunchai. The film is set to release on February 10 in theatres.
Meanwhile, Anupam will also be seen in Kangana Ranaut’s political drama Emergency beside Shiv Shastri Balboa. He also has Vivek Agnihotri's The Vaccine War, Anurag Basu's Metro In Dino, and G Ashok's Kuch Khattaa Ho Jaay in the pipeline.
