Heeramandi actress Manisha Koirala recently met Kalki 2898 AD actor Kamal Haasan and shared pictures on her social media. Manisha said that she was a 'fan girl' and penned a long note for Kamal Haasan. Manisha and Kamal starred in several films together, including Indian. Kamal Haasan is currently gearing up for the release of its second installment - Indian 2.

In the caption, she spoke about how the books that Kamal Haasan recommended to her a decade ago stretched her mind. She wrote, “One of the brilliant minds that I had an opportunity to work with..books and films n now fashion is his world !! He recommended amazing books which stretches one’s mind & soul..his unique & deep observations on life amazed me decades ago.”

She added, “His cinematic understanding is unparalleled.. I can have long hours of conversation with him or rather listen to him talk for hours..thank you @ikamalhaasan ji for all that you do and all that you are!! Manisha also showered praises on Kamal’s recently released film. She took to her Instagram stories and wrote, “Watched #kalki #lovedthefilm #moviedayout.”
