Major vs Janhit Mein Jaari box office: Adivi Sesh's film goes strong, Nushrratt Bharuccha's movie sees poor opening

While Adivi Sesh’s Major is witnessing its eight-day today (June 11) since its release, it’s the opening day for Nushrratt Bharuccha starrer Janhit Mein Jaari . Well, the early verdicts are out and while Adivi’s movie is continuing its strong run at the box office, Nushrratt’s social drama has witnessed a disappointing opening. Talking about Adivi Sesh starrer Major, the movie is continuing to see a stronghold at the box office on its eighth day. The movie is giving a tough fight to Kamal Haasan ’s Vikram and has almost toppled Akshay Kumar ’s Samrat Prithviraj when it comes to its box office performance. According to the early estimates, the film is now inching towards the Rs 75 crore mark globally. The movie is also doing an astounding performance in the USA. Recently Sesh had also celebrated the movie earning Rs 50.7 crore worldwide. The early estimate suggests that the movie has opened to just Rs 25 lakh at the box office. Not only this but a news report in Bollywood Hungama furthermore stated that some shows of the movie have also been canceled due to no audience in the theatres. Reportedly, some shows of the movie just opened with 2 to 5 audiences in the theatre. The film is facing a very tough competition with Adivi Sesh’s Major, Kamal Haasan starrer Vikram, and Jurassic World.
