    The voting for Maharashtra Assembly Elections began on Wednesday (November 20) morning and our favourite Bollywood celebrities stepped out of their houses to cast their votes. Videos of Bollywood stars Akshay Kumar, Rajkummar Rao, Zoya Akhtar, and Farhan Akhtar, among others, were shared on social media. In the videos, the Bollywood celebrities urged the people of Maharashtra to cast their votes.

    Akshay Kumar casts his vote

    Taking to Instagram, the paparazzi shared videos of Bollywood celebrities casting their vote in the Maharashtra Assembly elections. In one video, Akshay Kumar was seen wearing a navy-coloured shirt, styled with gingham pants and black sunglasses, coming out of the polling booth. Speaking about his polling experience, Akshay said, "The best thing is the arrangements are really good. I saw that planning was done well for senior citizens. It's clean too. Yahi hai ki sab log aaye, vote kare (Everyone should come here and vote). That is the most important thing."

    Rajkummar Rao on the importance of voting

    In another video, actor Rajkummar Rao was spotted coming out of the polling station. The actor was wearing a white oversized shirt, styled with black pants. He greeted the paparazzi after coming out of the booth. Speaking about the importance of voting, Rajkummar urged the citizens of Maharashtra to step out of their homes and cast a vote.

    Other Bollywood celebrities cast their vote

    Filmmaker Zoya Akhtar was also captured casting her vote early in the morning. She even posed for the paparazzi, flaunting the ink mark on her finger. In the video, Zoya was followed by her brother and filmmaker-actor Farhan Akhtar who also posed with the ink mark on his finger.

    A video of John Abraham was also shared on social media. The video features John posing with his fans for a selfie. The caption revealed that the actor had stepped out of the house to cast vote at Rizvi college in the ongoing Maharashtra Assembly Elections 2024.

    Mirzapur actor Ali Fazal also stepped out in style. In a video shared by the paparazzi, Ali was seen flaunting the ink mark on his finger.
