Kubera: Dhanush and Nagarjuna to shoot major stunt sequence in Hyderabad | Deets inside

Dhanush and director Sekhar Kammula’s upcoming gangster drama, Kubera, is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated films! Although the makers are yet to wrap up shooting, the latest reports suggest that the team is planning a massive fight sequence. 

Dhanush and Nagarjuna to shoot action sequence

According to recent reports, leading man Dhanush and Telugu star Nagarjuna, who are playing pivotal roles in the film, will be shooting a major stunt sequence. The team is currently shooting in Hyderabad, and the entire cast and crew will be present for the fight sequence, which is reportedly taking place today (June 3, 2024). Reports indicate that both actors will perform some incredible stunts during this ongoing schedule.  

Further reports reveal that the shooting of the film is nearing completion, with only the climax portions pending. It is safe to assume from these reports that the stunt sequence between the superstars is likely to be placed at the end of the film. The movie is expected to be wrapped up soon, with post-production work set to begin shortly.

Kubera - a pan-India star cast

 Kubera features an ensemble cast that includes Nagarjuna, Rashmika Mandanna, and Jim Sarbh, who is making his Tamil film debut with this project. Dhanush will play a homeless man who becomes a mafia leader, while Nagarjuna is rumoured to play a character with negative shades, specifically a cop. So far, the makers have only revealed the first-look posters of Dhanush and Nagarjuna, while the exciting first poster of leading lady Rashmika Mandanna is expected to be released soon.

Kubera is currently in the production stage, with a teaser expected to be released after the first-look posters of all the lead actors are out. Popular music composer Devi Sri Prasad is scoring the original music for the film. Kubera will be a bilingual film, shot simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu. The release date is yet to be revealed.
