Kiara Advani, Sara Ali Khan and other Bollywood celebs urge Mumbaikars to vote in the 2024 Lok Saba elections

The 2024 Lok Sabha elections are underway in Mumbai, prompting your favourite celebrities to take a break from their busy work schedules and cast their vote in the city. Bollywood celebrities such as Kiara Advani, Sara Ali Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, among others, were seen arriving at the polling booth to cast their votes. Now, celebrities have posted their pictures on social media, urging fans to vote.

Janhvi, Rajkummar, Kiara, Sara, Ananya vote

Janhvi Kapoor took to her Instagram handle and posted a picture of herself with Mr. & Mrs. Mahi co-star, actor Rajkummar Rao and wrote, “Mr and Mrs Mahi have done their bit, have you done yours?”

Rajkummar Rao posted a video of himself saying, “Maine toh apna vote kar diya hai, ab apki zimmedari hai ki aap bhi aaiye vote kijiye. Aaj hamare Maharashtra, Mumbai mein voting day hai. (I have cast my vote, now it is your responsibility to cast your vote. Today it is the voting day in Mumbai).”

Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan posted a picture of himself with his father, director Rakesh Roshan, and wrote, “Go vote.”

Actress Kiara Advani posted a selfie of herself, wearing a white chikankari kurta set and wrote, “Go vote Mumbai.”  Actress Sara Ali Khan also shared a selfie on her Instagram stories and wrote, “Every vote counts. Do your duty.”

Actress Suhana Khan posted a picture of herself, wearing a blue chikankari kurta, and wrote, “Go vote.”

Actress Ananya Panday shared a selfie image of herself with parents, Chunky Panday and Bhavana Panday. Along with the picture, she wrote, “Every vote counts.”

Shahid Kapoor’s wife, Mira Kapoor shared a selfie image on her Instagram stories and wrote, “Each vote counts. My first vote in Mumbai. Super smooth and seamlessly organised.”

Actress Sonakshi Sinha also shared a selfie image of herself with mother, Poonam Sinha, and wrote, “Responsible maa beti. Go vote.”

Actor-turned-director Kunal Kemmu posted a picture of himself along with his family, showing off the blue tick marks on their fingernails. The caption reads, “Vote because that is a responsible thing to do.”
