Kiara Advani enjoys Durga Puja Bhog with Rani Mukerji, Kajol shares a glimpse into 1st day of pujo; watch

Durga Puja and Navaratri festivities make October one of the best and most fun months of the year. Dressing up and celebrating with music, dance, food and pandals adds a splash of colour to our mundane lives. Well, yesterday Bollywood beauty Kiara Advani joined fellow actress Rani Mukerji at a Durga Puja pandal in Mumbai. Not only did they get Durga Maa’s blessings but also enjoyed Bhog prasad together. Videos of the same have now surfaced on social media. While Kiara looks gorgeous in a green traditional suit, Rani is breathtaking in a beige saree.

Under this video, where Kiara and Rani are devouring delicious looking Bengali treats, many netizens gushed over their simplicity. For instance, one social media user wrote: “Wah asa jaga jese hamare sath Beth k kha rahi hai 😂 bijlkul star wali wibe nahi I like it”, whereas another fan shared, “So simple and elegant look, this proves they are down to earth.” A third comment read: “I liked how they gave pattal and not luxury plates....and the bhog is also common....that's what puja is❤️ *common*”, while a troll joked, “Abhi Inka diet nhi 😂😂😂😂😂😂 bhar bhar ke khayenge 😂😂😂😂😂😂.” Much to our delight, Kajol also took to her official social media handle to share a glimpse into the first day of Pujo.

The Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge star turned heads in a bright fuschia pink saree, gracefully draped over a sleeveless blouse. Kajol completed her dazzling desi girl look with flowers in her hair. Along with the short video, which gives us a sneak peek of her celebrations, the actress shared, “1st day of pujo.. It's when families come together in celebration.. Here's to praying and thanking the Goddess for everything she bestowed..#saptami #durgapooja #pandalmagic.” This video also features Kajol’s son Yug and her sister Tanishaa Mukerji, who will soon be seen in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa season 11 as a celebrity contestant.
