KGF Chapter 2 star Yash remembers life as a student: ‘I was irresponsible and loafed about in the streets’

Rocking star Yash is currently one of the biggest superstars of our country. He is loved by all and there’s an aura about him that pulls your attention to him no matter what character he plays. He wanted to be an actor since his childhood and participated in several theatre as well as dance competitions during school before emerging as the wonder boy of Kannada cinema. But it was with K.G.F: Chapter 1 and K.G.F: Chapter 2 that he became a pan India hero and touched stardom.

On the occasion of India’s 75th Independence Day, Yash recently attended a government-sponsored event in Mysuru where he spoke about his days as a student. Indian Express quoted him saying, “I always enjoy an opportunity to speak with students. Because when I was a student, I was very confused. As a student, I didn’t behave in a way that made my parents happy. I was irresponsible and loafed about in the streets of Mysuru with my friends. And now I feel surprised that in the same place, I feel so much love coming my way from you guys.” He went on to advice students to always believe in themselves.

Yash explained that everyone should have a crazy amount of self-confidence. He shared, “When I spoke with self-confidence like this a few years ago, some may have thought I was arrogant.” But he believes that when the things you talk, think and do are good, everything else falls in place. Yash also suggested the audience to join forces with good people. Well, apart from being a superstar, Yash is celebrated by fans for his down to earth nature. With his words, we are sure he won hearts yet again.
