Diwali was an evening of love and light in Tinsel Town. After several star-studded Bollywood parties spread out over the entire week, our favourite celebs celebrated the festival with their loved ones. Much to the delight of fans, they shared sneak peeks of their celebration on social media. Actress Katrina Kaif was busy promoting Tiger 3 on Bigg Boss 17 with Salman Khan all weekend. But she returned home for a merry Diwali with husband Vicky Kaushal, his parents, his brother Sunny Kaushal, Katrina’s mother and sister Isabelle Kaif. In a cute picture which made us go aww, Katrina held Vicy’s hand in hers as they smiled at the camera.
She looked breathtaking in a floral saree. Well, Vicky and Katrina were not the only Bollywood couple who filled our hearts with love through their Diwali celebrations. Alia Bhatt took to her official handle to share pictures with husband Ranbir Kapoor as well. She also shared a glimpse of her daughter Raha’s first Diwali. Deepika Padukone, on the other hand, gave her husband Ranveer Singh a peck on the cheek before they did Diwali puja at home. Meanwhile Sidharth Malhotra left us gushing with his romantic post featuring wife Kiara Advani.
Sidharth is a private person, but on the occasion of Diwali he decided to treat his fans. Along with a picture where he is holding Kiara from behind, Sid wrote: “My love With her light 😜 #HappyDiwali.” How cute is that! The happy couple look perfect together as they twin in white for their first Diwali after marriage. Another Diwali post that made us smile was shared by Kareena Kapoor Khan.
She shared a string of photos where she is posing with husband Saif Ali Khan and son Taimur Ali Khan while her younger son Jeh Ali Khan is running around. In the caption below, Bebo shared, “Year after year and still trying to get the perfect family picture …❤️ But nonetheless… Happy Diwali lovely people..from our heart to yours …❤️❤️💥💥.” Well, these photos are way more wholesome than a typical family photo would have been.
