Kareena Kapoor reveals she married Saif Ali Khan for kids, wants Alia Bhatt & Ranbir Kapoor to give Raha a sibling

After Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, Koffee With Karan season 8’s coveted couch featured star siblings Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol followed by BFFs Ananya Panday and Sara Ali Khan. Well, in the upcoming episode Karan Johar will sip coffee with sister-in-laws Kareena Kapoor Khan and Alia Bhatt. In the trailer itself the two divas promised us a juicy episode. For example, on being asked if she considers Deepika Padukone as her competition, Kareena replied that this question must be from Alia’s rapid fire round. Now that is one spicy answer!

Much to the delight of fans, ahead of the episode’s release, another juicy statement made by Kareena has surfaced on the internet. According to buzz, Alia will reveal that she and her husband Ranbir Kapoor often compete to get more quality time with their daughter Raha Kapoor. Giving her a solution for this, Kareena will tell Alia that she and Ranbir should have another baby. Raha will have a sibling and they’ll get one baby each to spend quality time with. Well, the koffee couch is not the only place Kareena made headlines. In an interview with Dirty magazine, Bebo revealed that the biggest reason she got married to Saif Ali Khan was because they wanted to have children.

Kareena was quoted saying, “The reason you get married now is that you want to have a child, right? I mean today, otherwise you can just live together. [Saif and I] lived together for five years, so when we took the next step, it was because we wanted to have children.” For the uninitiated, before tying the nuptial knot in 2012, love birds Kareena and Saif lived together for 5 long years. After getting married, they welcomed their sons Taimur Ali Khan and Jeh Ali Khan into the world.

‘Ek se bhale do’ is something Kareena strongly believes in. We wonder if Alia and Ranbir will take her advice.
