Kapil Sharma spotted in guise of food delivery boy, fan shares picture

Comedian Kapil Sharma has turned into a food delivery boy for Nandita Das's upcoming new film. He is currently shooting in the streets of Odisha's Bhubaneswar for the film. Now a picture of him in his new avatar as the delivery rider has become viral on social media.

On Friday, a fan shared a photo of Kapil sitting on a motorcycle with a delivery bag on his back at the signal among other vehicles. Going by the picture, the actor has really got under the skin of the character as he looks unrecognizable in an orange T-shirt with a blue colour helmet on the head.

Sharing the photo on Twitter, the fan wrote, "Sirji maine aaj aapko live dekhliya."(Sir, I saw you live today). His post grabbed Kapil’s attention and he gave a funny reply saying, "Kisiko batana mat,"(Don't tell anyone) and dropped emojis. Take a look: 

Surprised by the comedian's look, several fans dropped interesting comments on Twitter. One of them wrote, “Main Kapil ko dhund raha tha isme? Swiggy wala Banda kapil nikla (I was trying to find Kapil in the picture but then I realised that he is dressed like food delivery person).”Another said, “Yeh toh sach mein Kapil hai (He is Kapil for real).”

The upcoming film will be Kapil's third movie after ' Firangi ' and 'Kis Kis Ko Pyaar Karoon'. Talking about his role, he told PTI, “I am very excited about this project, not because I am doing a film, but because I am doing Nandita Das’ film, whom I have seen both as an actor and a director. She has a very distinct and deep way of looking at things and a keen eye for details. So, my job as an actor is to just do what she tells me."

Most recently, Kapil along with his director Nandita met Odisha's chief minister Naveen Patnaik. He took to Instagram and shared the pictures from the meeting and captioned it as, “It was a pleasure meeting the honorable CM of Odisha Shri @Naveen_Odisha ji.
