Amitabh Bachchan and Prabhas race each other to help a pregnant Deepika Padukone!
This definitely had to be the moment of the event! After having spoken about the film and her experience on the stage, when it was time for Deepika Padukone to come back to her seat, both, Amitabh Bachchan and Prabhas raced each other to help a pregnant Deepika reach her seat! Absolutely no prizes for guessing who won the ‘race’!
Amitabh Bachchan purchased the first ticket of the film!
In a true gentleman gesture, superstar Amitabh Bachchan purchased the first ticket of the film from the film’s producer! And guess what! He presented it as a gift to his co-star Kamal Haasan. Big B called Kamal Haasan on stage and said, “I will give it to my colleague, my dear friend, my brother Kamal Haasan.” To which, Kamal Haasan recalled how he waited for three weeks to watch the blockbuster film Sholay!

This was definitely a moment that every photographer must have been waiting for with bated breath! It's not everyday that you get to see and capture the three legends in the form of Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan and Prabhas in one frame!
Reunion of sorts
Yesterday’s event of Kalki 2898 AD was surely a reunion of sorts. While on one hand, there was a Baahubali reunion in the form of Rana Daggubati and Prabhas. And, on the other hand, there was a Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani reunion which took place between Rana Daggubati and Deepika Padukone!

That Deepika Padukone is pregnant is something that everyone knows. Amidst one of the conversations at the event, Deepika Padukone went on to pull Prabhas’ leg by saying that he was actually the reason for the way her pregnant stomach looks! She said that she was actually like this because of all the food Prabhas fed her and that it got to the point where it was a full catering service, not just food from home. She then complimented him by saying that he feeds from the heart!
As for the film Kalki 2898 AD, it has been set in a dystopian future, which will see Prabhas playing the role of a bounty hunter, Amitabh Bachchan in the role of Aswatthama and Kamal Haasan in the role of Supreme Leader Yaskin. The film Kalki 2898 AD, is all set to be released on June 27.
