Kalki 2898 AD Scratch EP4: Meet Prabhas’ special someone' named Bujji

After teasing his fans with an intriguing post, Rebel Star Prabhas has finally introduced his ‘special someone’ to his fans! The actor has introduced his futuristic car named ‘Bujji’ from his upcoming film Kalki 2898 AD. The makers of the film took to their social media handles to unveil the fourth episode of the series, 'From Skratch', which follows the journey of Kalki 2898 AD's making.

Keerthy Suresh is Bujji in Kalki 2898 AD

It has been confirmed that Mahanati actress Keerthy Suresh has lent her voice to this special vehicle named Bujji. The new episode takes viewers through Bujji’s making and how the futuristic vehicle is controlled by a brain, just like a human body. The glimpse also showcases the car’s manufacturing shots.

Bujji will be Prabhas’ character Bhairava’s friend in the movie. The makers also revealed that a ton of hard work was put into building this special device. Although Keerthy’s voice is heard in the video, the ultimate reveal of the voice behind the device will be made on May 22, 2024, at a grand event. Keerthy Suresh has previously worked with Kalki 2898 AD director Nag Ashwin in the blockbuster film Mahanati.

Kalki 2898 AD release date

Kalki 2898 AD is slated to have a grand worldwide release on June 27, 2024. Directed by Nag Ashwin, Kalki 2898 AD will see Prabhas playing the role of Bhairava, who is the alter-ego of the Kalki avatar. Legendary Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan is set to appear in the role of the immortal Ashwatthama in Kalki 2898 AD. The team had recently unveiled the character introduction teaser of his role, which received massive reception. Deepika Padukone is reportedly essaying the role of Padma in the movie, while Kamal Haasan is set to play the lead antagonist Kali in an extended cameo appearance.
