Jigra: Alia Bhatt exudes mysterious vibes in new posters, teaser trailer to be out soon

Bollywood star Alia Bhatt is all set to feature next in her upcoming film Jigra, alongside The Archies actor Vedang Raina. The Vasan Bala-directed film is one of the most anticipated films of the year, which tells a thrilling tale surrounding two siblings and will release in theatres on October 11. Now, the makers of Jigra have unveiled the film’s new poster revealing that the film’s teaser will be out soon.

Taking to Instagram, the makers of Jigra released the film’s new poster, revealing that the teaser will be out soon. The poster depicts actress Alia Bhatt standing in the centre, with her back towards the camera and looking sideways with a mysterious look on her face. The background of the poster is lit up by a red dragon head and multiple red lights. The other poster features Alia in the same outfit and background, only facing towards the camera. The makers captioned the post, “Dum hai...Satya mein dum hai! #JIGRA TEASER TRAILER OUT ON 8TH SEPTEMBER.”

Reacting to the poster and the upcoming release of Jigra teaser, Alia’s fans and followers took to the comment section and expressed their excitement for the film. One user commented, “Can't wait...will go with my siblings,” while another wrote, “#Jigra - my most awaited movie of the year.” “So excited for this Alia looks amazing. Especially the second one is fabulous,” added another.

Jigra cast

Jigra, starring Alia Bhatt and Vedang Raina, is directed by Vasan Bala. The film is backed by Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Alia Bhatt, Shaheen Bhatt and Somen Mishra under their banners Viacom18 Studios, Dharma Productions and Eternal Sunshine Productions. The film is written by Debashish Irengbam and Vasan Bala. Jigra will have its world premiere on October 11.

Besides Jigra,  Alia Bhatt will be seen next in Yash Raj Films’ spy universe film titled Alpha, alongside actress Sharvari Wagh. The actress was recently spotted arriving at the Mumbai airport after finishing her Kashmir schedule for Alpha.
