Ira Khan's husband Nupur Shikhare ran to his wedding venue for THIS sentimental reason, watch

Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan registered her marriage to longtime beau Nupur Shikhare in an intimate ceremony in Mumbai on January 3, 2024. While the couple are now gearing up for their big fat wedding in Udaipur, their wedding videography company shared some endearing glimpses of their Mumbai wedding. The highlight of the wedding was Nupur revealing why he broke all stereotypes and ran to his wedding venue.

Talking about the same, the video begins with Nupur preparing to run with his groom squad to marry his pretty bride. We can hear his voiceover wherein he says that this gesture of his holds a sentimental value since he used to run from his home to Ira’s house. We see him reach the wedding venue and give his father-in-law Aamir a tight hug. We also see Ira looking beautiful as she enters the wedding venue. The couple read their wedding vows and their guests also share a good dance. We see Ira’s close friend and actress Mithila Palkar dancing her heart out in the video. The video ends on a rather humorous note. Ira says that now her husband Nupur whom she calls by his nickname Popeye will go shower, something which everyone was waiting for. Ira and Nupur’s Mehendi ceremony has already been kickstarted. The ceremony will be a three-day affair till January 10, 2024. The couple will then host a reception in Mumbai.
