Hema Malini congratulates Mithun Chakraborty on the Dada Saheb Phalke award, says 'fully deserves this recognition'

Just a couple of days back, Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw (Minister of Information and Broadcasting of India) took to social media and announced that the veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty will be conferred upon the prestigious Dada Saheb Phalke award for this year. Ever since that time, the media and social media has been buzzing with all the updates about the veteran actor.

Today, the veteran actress Hema Malini took to social media and posted her congratulatory wishes for Mithun Chakraborty aka Mithun da. On her part, Hema Malini posted, ‘So happy to hear that the prestigious Dada Saheb Phalke award this year has been bestowed upon Mithun Chakraborty.

She added, ‘Mithun da has made an indelible mark on the film industry with his action films and his dancing prowess and fully deserves this recognition.
