    The latest buzz is that the Bollywood actress cum politician Kangana Ranaut has now put her Bandra bungalow on sale for Rs. 40 crores.

    Considered to be one of Bollywood’s feisty and fiery actresses, Kangana Ranaut has always been not just controversy’s favorite child, but also one of the go-getters in real life. Not the one to be buoyed down by any of the words of her naysayers, she has always spoken her heart out. This time round, she is not in the news for any of the controversy or even for her fiery statements.

    The latest update on Kangana Ranaut is that she is now selling her bungalow which is in Mumbai. For the unversed, this happens to be the very same construction property that also happens to be the office of Manikarnika Films, which happens to be her production house.

    As per a report in Bollywood Hungama, it stated that a ‘YouTube page named Code Estate’ had put up a video a while ago about a production house office being up for sale. While the host did not name the said celebrity (whose production house they were referring to), but the house tour of the video had made it clear that it (the said bungalow property) belonged to Kangana Ranaut. 

    The article stated that, there were even many netizens who had taken to the comments section and went on to mention the name of Kangana Ranaut as the actress whose production company had been featured in the video about being put on sale.

    Besides the home tour of the said bungalow, there were other details about the same which were shared by the host of the said video. In the video, it was mentioned that the plot size of the said bungalow was 285 meters and that the construction area of the said bungalow was 3042 sq feet.

    The description also stated that the said bungalow had a ground floor and two floors. The video tour of the bungalow had made it very clear that the total property was aesthetically done, the aforementioned report stated. Besides all that, the bungalow also had a red-themed soundproof editor’s room on the 1250 sq feet first floor.
