Govinda feels Jacqueline Fernandez and Ranveer Singh will make a good jodi; calls latter his favorite actor

Bollywood’s livewire Ranveer Singh has often vocalized his love for Hero No. 1 Govinda . The Bajirao Mastani star calls himself Govinda’s biggest fan and also refers to the 90s superstar as his God. The two shared the screen in the 2014 film Kill Dil and are supremely entertaining every time they come together. Earlier this year, they reunited on Ranveer’s game show The Big Picture. The host gave Govinda a warm welcome before falling to his feet in respect. Ranveer also broke down in tears during an interaction with his superstar.

In a recent chat with Zee News digital, Govinda talked fondly about Ranveer. When asked who would be perfect to take his and Karisma Kapoor ’s place as a hit on-screen jodi, the Coolie No. 1 actor replied, “I think today, from the younger crop - Ranveer Singh and Jacqueline Fernandez are both a class apart when it comes to dancing. I think they would make a great Jodi as well.” He further stated, “Ranveer Singh is hands down my favourite actor among today’s crop of stars. I feel like he shares the same kind of energy and zest as I do. He’s extremely hard-working.”

Well, Ranveer will soon be sharing the screen with Jacqueline in Rohit Shetty ’s upcoming film Cirkus. Also starring Pooja Hegde and Varun Sharma, the comedy is expected to arrive in theatres on 15th July. When the film finally releases, fans will get to see if Govinda’s prediction about Ranveer and Jacqueline making a good jodi comes true.
