Govinda and Krushna Abhishek end their longstanding feud on The Great Indian Kapil Show; Mama-Bhatija share a hug

Bollywood has been a place wherein friendships are as predominant as much as ego hassles and enmity, not just within friends, but also amongst the relatives. One such long standing feud which needs absolutely no introduction is that of the Bollywood superstar Govinda and his nephew Krushna Abhishek. There have been many a times when the talk about their strained relations made it to the headlines, but there was hardly any amendment was visible.

But, now, it seems that the long-standing feud between Govinda and his nephew Krushna Abhishek is all set to be a thing of the past. All of this happened on the sets of The Great Indian Kapil Show, which is being hosted by the inimitable Kapil Sharma.

Here’s what happened. As per a trailer of the upcoming episode of The Great Indian Kapil Show, there will be the inimitable trio of Govinda, Chunky Panday and Shakti Kapoor who will be seen adorning the guests’ seats.

Superstar that he is, Govinda went onto tease Shakti Kapoor by talking about his affairs. This was followed by Govinda breaking into a dance with Krushna Abhishek. As for Krushna Abhishek, he will be seen dressed up like a character from the famous ‘Ali Baba and 40 Thieves’.

What followed after nothing less than seamless moments of emotions between the mama Govinda and his nephew Krushna Abhishek! After meeting each other, the mama-bhatija jodi went onto share a hug. Seeing that, Krushna Abhishek's sister Arti looks emotional as she witnesses the moment as an audience member. Krushna says, ‘We’ve met after a long time. Won't let you go now."

Earlier too, in an interview with ETimes, Krushna Abhishek had said (at the time when Govinda was hospitalised after he accidentally fired gunshot), “We laughed, joked, and reminisced about old times. It felt just like before. All those years I spent living with mama and mami (Sunita) in their home flashed before my eyes. Maine mama ko bola ki hall toh poora badal gaya hai. Ab sab issues resolve ho gaye hai, sab gile shikve door ho gaye hain”.
