Rebel star Prabhas has reportedly donated Rs 1 crore each to Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, winning the hearts of fans once again. The actor had previously made a generous donation after the massive landslides in Wayanad in Kerala earlier this year.
Allu Arjun to donate Rs 1 crore
Actor Allu Arjun took to his social media pages to express his sorrow over the recent floods. Allu Arjun pledged to donate Rs 50 lakh each to Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. He wrote, “I’m saddened by the loss and suffering caused by the devastating rains in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. In these challenging times, I humbly donate ₹1 crore in total to the CM Relief Funds of both states to support the relief efforts. Praying for everyone’s safety.”
Mahesh Babu's donations to flood relief
Mahesh Babu expressed his grief over the tragic floods that have caused massive destruction. He penned an emotional note addressing the issue and pledged to donate Rs 50 lakh each to the states. In his note, he wrote, “In light of the floods impacting both Telugu states, I am pledging a donation of ₹50 lakhs each to the CM Relief Fund for both AP and Telangana.”
Chiranjeevi and Jr NTR lend helping hand
Earlier today, Chiranjeevi announced his contribution of Rs 50 lakh each to the flood relief fund for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
RRR star Jr NTR too donated a generous amount of Rs 50 lakh each to the affected states. “The recent severe floods caused by heavy rains in the two Telugu states have deeply disturbed me. I pray to God that the Telugu people recover quickly from this disaster,” the actor posted.
Pawan Kalyan closely monitors flood situation
Actor and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan announced a donation of Rs 1 crore each to the affected states and has been actively spreading the precautionary measures to be taken through his official handle.
