Fauji 2: Shah Rukh Khan’s evergreen series all set to return with Vicky Jain, Gauahar Khan in lead!

Who can ever, ever forget the young and restless Shah Rukh Khan is the iconic serial Fauji! Till date, the episodes are good enough to give us goosebumps! For all those who were missing the show on telly or must have wanted the latest version of the show, it seems that your prayers have now been answered!

An ‘updated’ and ‘upgraded’ version of Shah Rukh Khan's iconic serial Fauji is now all set to storm the entertainment arena in a ‘modern format’, courtesy of filmmaker Sandeep Singh, who will be doing the show in association with Doordarshan. And the ones who will be playing the leads are Vicky Jain and Gauahar Khan!

The good news was shared by Sandeep Singh, who posted the teaser and captioned the same as, ‘The most prestigious show ever made in India is coming back! We are honored to bring you the return of the greatest show celebrating our real heroes – Fauji 2. Join us on this remarkable journey. Stay tuned for updates!’

There were many who were super excited to see the show back on telly land. One user wrote, ‘Wow, wow, wow, what a comeback. I am so excited to see you in this new project. Must be full of drama if Vikas jain is there after his memorable appearance from Big Boss. Ye to hit hone vala hai’.

As for Vikas Jain, who happens to be the husband of the extremely famous actress Akita Lokhande, was also seen in a bunch of reality shows like Bigg Boss 17 (where he was seen along with his wife Ankita Lokhande Jain) and also Jhalak Dikhla Jaa. As per the reports, Vicky will be essaying the role of Colonel Sanjay Singh, while Gauahar Khan will be seen in the role of Lieutenant Colonel Simarjeet Kaur, who also happens to be a cadet trainer in weaponry!

Reports state that the said series will revolve around the hardships, hardships, and bond that the army personnel undergo while and before getting inducted into the army. The said show Fauji 2, will also see a bunch of new actors in key roles.
