Farhan Akhtar’s birthday wish for wife Shibani Dandekar makes Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara co-star Abhay Deol diabetic

One reason why Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar are so perfect together is that apart from being husband and wife, they are best friends and travel buddies. Well, wishing his co-traveler on her birthday today, Farhan shared a happy picture of the two standing on a boat, on the sets of The Phantom of the Opera at the Sydney Opera House. Along with this gem, the filmmaker penned a beautiful note which read: “Dear life partner, Some days you steer, some days you navigate, some days you get us to put down our oars and take a break, take in the view, just breathe.”

He went on to add, “I’d fight the strongest currents for you as I know you would for us. Happy birthday my beautiful co-traveller. But it’s Farhan’s Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara co-star Abhay Deol who has successfully summed up what we all are feeling in his hilarious comment. Replying to Farhan’s wish, birthday girl Shibani wrote: “Love you my partner for life. Couldn’t imagine being on this journey without you! You make everything better! Now learn to let me steer ALWAYS.” Earlier this year, after dating for four long years, Farhan and Shibani got married in an intimate but lavish wedding held at Javed Akhtar and Shabana Azmi's Khandala farmhouse, Sukoon. The two are now busy enjoying marital bliss.
