Exclusive- Aayush Sharma wants to star in the remake of this underrated Salman Khan film from the 90's

Young, good looking and starry eyed Aayush Sharma began his journey in the Hindi film industry three years ago with romantic drama Loveyatri . While he managed to win a few hearts with his portrayal of a lover boy, the film failed to impress the audiences. But the actor redeemed himself with his second film, which hit theatres last month. Antim: The Final Truth featured Aayush as a deadly gangster named Rahulya. Fans were left in awe of his killer transformation and lauded his gritty performance. Aayush’s action sequences with co-star and brother-in-law Salman Khan also received high praise. So what’s next for the actor?

Well, in an exclusive interview with Desimartini, we asked Aayush if he would consider doing remakes of films in the future. The actor shared, “See, I have nothing against remakes. When you pick up a film, if you see something that is good, like you know, in regional cinema that’s really good, why not? Even Hollywood does it, everybody does it. Remakes are all over. Even in America people make remakes, you know.” When asked if he would ever consider doing a remake of a Salman Khan film, he replied that he would love to! But which one? Aayush stated, “Jab Pyaar Kisise Hota Hai.” He went on to add, “Yeah I would love to do Jab Pyaar Kisise Hota Hai. I think it was a fab film!”

Aayush also shared that he has no idea what’s next in line for him because he’s still waiting for a script that brings him excitement. But he has no particular genre in mind because he is open to any good story that comes his way-- may it be a comedy or an intense love story. Well, we can’t wait to watch him shine on the big screen soon again!
