Emergency first look: Kangana Ranaut's striking resemblance to former Indian PM Indira Gandhi will leave you stunned

Kangana Ranaut took to her social media handle to share the first look at her upcoming ambitious political biographical drama Emergency . The movie has been helmed by the actress herself and she steps into the shoes of former Prime Minister Of India, Indira Gandhi in the same. The striking resemblance that Kangana bears to Gandhi will surely leave her fans stunned.

Talking about the same, Kangana Ranaut shared the first poster of the film which shows as Indira Gandhi. The actress can be seen bearing an uncanny resemblance to the former Prime Minister Of India wherein she can be seen sporting an intense gaze. The Manikarnika : The Queen Of Jhansi actress then shared a short teaser announcement of Emergency.

The teaser begins with the assistant of Indira Gandhi getting a call and then going to the former Prime Minister’s office to ask her a query. He asks her that the team of President Nixon is asking when he is on the telephone line, whether he should address Gandhi as ‘Madam?’ to which she has an epic reply. Kangana Ranaut as Indira Gandhi tells her assistant to tell President Nixon that everyone in her office addresses her as ‘Sir’ and not Madam.
