Happy birthday, Pradeep Ranganathan! On the special occasion of the Love Today star’s birthday, the makers of his upcoming film, Dragon, released a new poster with him in it. Sharing the poster on their social media handles, the makers wrote, “Wishing our #Dragon @pradeeponelife a very happy birthday!!”

The new poster features Pradeep’s character looking at himself in a small mirror as he adjusts his shirt button. Interestingly, the tagline on the poster reads, “A star was born when he believed he could.” Although the story of Dragon remains under wraps, the film promises to be a fun entertainer. More details about the film will be disclosed soon.

Anupama Parameswaran to romance Pradeep in Dragon

Earlier, it was confirmed that Malayalam actress Anupama Parameswaran has been paired with Pradeep in Dragon. This was confirmed when a leaked clip from the sets showed Anupama and Pradeep filming their scenes together. It appears the pair might play each other's love interests in the film.

Although the makers have yet to give more glimpses of the film or explain the title, fans speculate that they will get to see Pradeep in a fun avatar. The actor shot to fame with his intriguing romantic comedy in the 2022 hit film Love Today.

Helmed by Oh My Kadavule director Ashwath Marimuthu, the makers of Dragon released an announcement video featuring Pradeep Ranganathan in a college setting.

In the video, Pradeep shares that he and Ashwath have been dreaming of collaborating on a project since their college days. The actor-director duo were college buddies, and Pradeep revealed that their dream is finally coming true after 10 years as they have finally teamed up for a film: Dragon. 

The upcoming film is being produced by AGS Entertainments and is currently in its production stage. A release date for the movie is yet to be announced.
