'Don't mess up dialogues': Ayan Mukerji reveals artwork for Ranbir Kapoor & Alia Bhatt’s Brahmāstra 2-3, gets trolled

Today (September 9) marked one year of Brahmastra. To celebrate the occasion, director Ayan Mukerji revealed that part 2 and 3 of the film is a work in progress. He also revealed the early artworks of the upcoming movies of the franchise.

Talking about the same, we can see that the visuals show a showdown between Shiva and Dev who is his own father. We also see an epic fight between Shiva’s parents Dev and Amrita (Deepika Padukone). An adrenaline-pumping background music could be heard in the video. Ayan captioned the same stating, “BRAHMĀSTRA - PART TWO: DEV. Early Concept Art Work. Has been a few months of working steadily on the Vision and Story for Brahmāstra 2 & 3. On this special day for Team Brahmāstra, felt like sharing a few key images of our Inspiration.” Take a look at the same.

However, the director was trolled for the same and many netizens were either not interested or had some earful of advice for Ayan Mukerji. One of the netizens stated, “Don't mess up dialogues.” A user added, “But you will release it in 2026 & 2027. What’s in use where people will forget about Brahmastra’s existence.” A netizen furthermore said, “Iss baar dialogue writing pe bhi dhyan dena.” A user went on to say, “Either cast RK as Dev or prove yourself to be the worst friend RK has ever had.” Another netizen asked Ayan to only cast Ranbir Kapoor as Dev since there have been reports that Ranveer Singh will be playing Dev. The comment said, “Ayan don't even think of casting Dev as someone else. It's RK or nobody else.” A user furthermore said, “Focus on dialogues not editing.”

The first part of the movie revolved around Shiva (Ranbir Kapoor) locking horns with some evil forces who wanted to get hold of the Brahmastra. The second part of the franchise will focus on the battle between his parents Dev and Amrita which changed the course of his life. It will be interesting now to get more updates regarding the same.
