Mandira Bedi had won many laurels from her fans and friends from the industry for her courage and fighting spirit as a single mother after she lost her husband Raj Kaushal to a cardiac arrest on June 30, 2021. Recently, her mushy pictures with close friend Aditya Motwane from inside a pool gained several eyeballs. However, while some nasty trolls took a dig at her, many netizens openly came out to support the actress.

Ever since Mandira Bedi had shared the now-deleted post with Aditya Motwane, rumor mills were abuzz that the two were dating. The pictures had Mandira and Aditya inside a pool wherein she was seen wearing a blue bikini. In another picture, Mandira could also be seen putting her finger inside his nose. Their close proximity led many netizens to ask whether they were a couple. Some users started trolling the Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge actress for the pictures to be too bold.
