Deepika Padukone flaunts baby bump in rare public appearance with Ranveer Singh as they cast their votes in Mumbai | Watch

Actress Deepika Padukone and her actor-husband Ranveer Singh are awaiting the arrival of their first child this year. The actress has been staying away from the limelight after announcing the big news on her Instagram handle. She was in the news though recently after leaked pictures from the shooting of her upcoming film Singham Again went viral on the internet. Deepika made her rare public appearance today (May 20) as she stepped out to cast her vote in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections in Mumbai and was seen flaunting her baby bump.

Deepika Padukone flaunts her baby bump

The paparazzi took to Instagram and posted pictures and videos of the couple stepping out of their car. For their outing, the couple opted for matching white outfits. While Ranveer wore a crisp white shirt, paired with blue denim pants and black sunglasses, Deepika looked stunning in an oversized white shirt, denim pants, gold sandals, black sunglasses and a sleek ponytail.  She proudly flaunted her baby bump while holding hands with her husband Ranveer Singh.

In the video shared by the paparazzi, Ranveer is seen getting out of the car first and going over to the other side to receive Deepika. After the actress comes out of the car, the two walk hand in hand to the polling booth to cast their votes. When a paparazzi asked Deepika how she was, the actress smiled and said, “Good.”

In a joint post on Instagram in February, the couple announced that they are expecting their first child and that the baby is due in September.

Deepika’s projects

On the professional front, Deepika was last seen alongside Hrithik Roshan in Fighter. She will be seen next in Kalki 2898 AD with Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan and Disha Patani and will also feature in Singham Again as Shakti Shetty, alongside Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tiger Shroff and Arjun Kapoor.
