If you are someone who are still doubting the same, well… here is a testimony that will simply make you bow down to Varun as a mark of respect!
It all started off with the stunning Samantha Ruth Prabhu taking to social media and posting a few pics of her attending the much-awaited premiere of Citadel: Honey Bunny in London. Alongside her were the inimitable duo of Raj and DK (who are the brains behind Citadel: Honey Bunny). On her part, Samantha Ruth Prabhu not just posted these pics, but also made it a point to write, ‘Missing our main man’. Saying that, Samantha Ruth Prabhu went onto tag the show’s main man Varun Dhawan!
Post that, Varun Dhawan took to social media and re-shared the story on social media (Instagram story, to be precise) and captioned the same as, ‘Missing my team’. Not the one to merely stop at this, Varun Dhawan went on to attempt the impossible!
On his part, Varun Dhawan took to social media and got himself ‘adjusted’ (read blended/ merged) through his pics, courtesy, and his master editing skills! And mind you! This was not just in one particular picture. Varun Dhawan added various pictures of his to all the pics that Samantha Ruth Prabhu had shared.
After posting, Varun Dhawan captioned the same as, ‘london premiere of #citadelhoneybunny I was there!! Trailer out in October @primevideoin’.
The first photo saw Varun Dhawan in his ultra-colourful outfit, which he had edited and blended with the photograph that Samantha Ruth Prabhu had uploaded. The icing on the cake, however, was the second pic of Varun Dhawan, which really looked like he was present at the time of the event. The editing one by Varun Dhawan was totally seamless.
You are surely bound to have a hearty laugh after seeing the third and the fourth photographs which were uploaded by Varun Dhawan, which served as proof enough for the audiences to believe that he was present at the Citadel: Honey Bunny London screening.
As for Citadel: Honey Bunny, let us tell you that it happens to be an Indian series of the very famous Citadel-verse, and stars Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu in leading roles. Besides the two, the series will also feature Soham Majumdar, Shivankit Parihar, Kashvi Majmundar, Kay Kay Menon, Simran, Saqib Saleem, and Sikandar Kher.
While the series Citadel: Honey Bunny has been directed by Raj & DK, it has been produced by D2R Films and is being backed by Anthony and Joe Russo’s AGBO. The much-awaited premiere date of Citadel: Honey Bunny is November 7 and will happen on Amazon Prime Video.
