'Cirkus ka asar' : Netizens feel Ranveer Singh is depressed after his film flopping after his New Year post

The New Year did not end on a very merry note for actor Ranveer Singh . His ambitious comedy film Cirkus tanked at the box office and marked his third consecutive flop in a row. Now, Ranveer’s latest New Year post has gotten fans wondering whether the actor is depressed after this setback on the professional forefront.

Talking about the same, Ranveer Singh shared a scene from Forrest Gump wherein Lieutenant Dan’s character (played by Gary Sinise) looks extremely sad and forlorn while everyone celebrates the onset of the New Year. Tom Hank’s Gump can also be seen wishing him enthusiastically but Dan has no response to it and stares away blankly. The Gully Boy actor captioned the same stating, “I feel you, Lieutenant Dan.” Take a look at the video.

Talking about Cirkus, the film is failing to find success at the box office and has received negative reviews too. The movie also marks a first-of-a-kind failure for Rohit Shetty at the box office. Earlier, Ranveer’s films like Jayeshbhai Jordaar and 83 /"> 83 have also tanked at the box office.
