    Vijay Mallya’s son Sidhartha Mallya has tied the knot with his girlfriend Jasmine in London. The intimate ceremony made headlines after videos and pics from the event surfaced online. Cricketer Chris Gayle, who attended the wedding, also shared exclusive behind-the-scenes moments from the celebrations and shared a video of guests dancing to Shah Rukh Khan’s song Chaleya.

    Cricketer Chris Gayle took to his social media and shared a video from Sidhartha Mallya’s intimate wedding ceremony in London. The video featured guests grooving to the beats of the song Chaleya from SRK’s Jawan. The wedding took place at Vijay Mallya’s mansion in Hertfordshire.

    For the unversed, Chris Gayle represented Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) in the Indian Premier League from 2011 to 2017. RCB was acquired by Vijay Mallya during the IPL auction in 2008.

    The groom, Sidhartha Mallya, also shared the pictures from the Christian wedding on his Instagram handle. He was seen wearing a green tuxedo, while Jasmine looked stunning in a white wedding gown with sheer embroidery. He captioned the post, “Mr & Mrs Muppet.”

    Earlier, Sidhartha had shared a picture with Jasmine and wrote, “Wedding week has commenced.”

    The pictures and videos from the ceremony are going viral online. Industrialist Harsh Goenka also shared videos from the celebrations where the couple could be seen greeted by the guests after the wedding and Vijay Mallya can also be seen posing with the newlyweds.  Lalit Modi spotted at wedding

    Among the many guests who attended the wedding, Lalit Modi, former IPL chief, was also spotted in a picture that sparked quite a stir online. Lalit Modi was suspended from the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) post IPL 2010 after being accused of financial irregularities. For those unaware, Sidhartha’s father Vijay Mallya is also facing charges of over Rs 900-crore loan fraud.

    After spotting them at the wedding, social media users took to Twitter and expressed their opinions. One user commented, “Nothing changes for the rich offenders. Let the poor or the middle class miss an EMI and the banks will do everything for recovery. This is the ugly face of money,” while another said, “Siddharth Mallya gets married in London.
