Cannes 2023: Urvashi Rautela styles her pink gown with crocodile necklace, netizens say 'she’s inspired by Urfi'

Actress Urvashi Rautela made a stunning entry at the red carpet of 76th Cannes film festival in a pink tulle gown. What caught major attention was her unique necklace and earrings which featured two crocodiles. Sharing the videos and pictures on her Instagram, she wrote, “76th Festival de Cannes 2023 Merci.”The actress is attending the international event as part of the photocall launch for her upcoming project, which is said to be biopic of actress Parveen Babi.

Soon after, her comment section was spammed by the netizens with hilarious reactions. One user wrote, “Gale Mein chhipkali Agar Jinda ho gai photoshoot chhodkar Aise bhagoge.” The second one said, “The statement neck piece is just a way to reflect that she’s inspired by Urfi!” For the unversed, Urfi is social media sensation known for her unusual sartorial choices. Another added, “Urfi be like: Mai job chhod du ?”. One of the comments read, "You are so beautiful, why are you hanging lizards around your neck?"

Earlier, Urvashi Rautela had shared the glimpse of her airport before she was off to Cannes. She was all dressed up in a red latex dress. “Off [flight emoji] 76th Annual Cannes Film Festival red carpet opening. Merci.”she captioned the post.Besides her, B-town beauties Sara Ali Khan, Manushi Chillar and Esha Gupta also made stunning appearances at the international film festival in French Riviera. They also attended the premiere of Johnny Depp's film Jeanne du Barry as per reports.

Meanwhile, Aishwarya Rai, Anushka Sharma, and Mrunal Thakur are also expected to make their appearances at the film festival. While Aishwarya has been part of the event several times, Anushka will make her debut this time. The Cannes Film Festival is being held at Palais des Festivals et des Congrès from May 16 to May 27. Deepika Padukone attended the film festival as one of the jury members last year.
