The wait for this year’s much-anticipated season is over as the first part of Bridgerton Season 3 has been released. It has caused a lot of excitement and buzz among audiences. Based on the novel written by Julia Quinn, the third season focuses on the love affair of Colin and Penelope. The romantic drama series has been getting a lot of attention, drawing reactions from netizens who have flooded social media with their favourite moments from the series.

Netizen’s reaction to ‘the carriage scene’ in Bridgerton Season 3

The first part of Bridgerton Season 3 ends with Colin asking Penelope to marry him. And this particular scene has become a favourite among netizens. One user wrote, “For God’s sake, Penelope,” he said, grabbing her hand and yanking her down. “Are you going to marry me or not?” Romancing Mister #Bridgerton.” While another wrote, “the carriage scene was so beautifully done .. colin was so gentle yet passionate with pen at the same time .. the eye contact .. IT WAS SO FULL OF PURE WANT AND EMOTION #BRIDGERTON.”

Yet another user wrote, “My favourite moment of the carriage scene is Colin kissing Penelope after the carriage has stopped and then redressing her gently.”

Reacting to the transformation of Penelope and Colin’s friendship into lovers, one user wrote, “we’ve truly just witnessed the most beautiful transition from friends into lovers #BRIDGERTON.”

But this has audiences disappointed

Amid all the praise, there is something that has the audience disappointed. Some people are upset that they did not get to see much of Kathina and Antony in Season 3, as the couple extended their honeymoon. But the few scenes that they are seen in have raised temperatures. One user wrote, “KATE AND ANTHONY SERVING HAND CHEMISTRY AS ALWAYS.”

The wait for Part 2 has begun

Bridgerton fans must wait a little longer for more, as the second part of the third season will be released on June 13 on Netflix. Reacting to the cliffhanger that the makers have ended the first part with, one user wrote, “you mean to tell me i have to wait for part 2 for another month after that cliffhanger??????”
