Birthday girl Kangana Ranaut takes a potshot at the 'film mafia', accuses them of spreading fake propaganda on her movie Thalaivii
Kangana Ranaut who celebrates her birthday today (March 23) took a sharp dig at the movie mafia yet again for sharing alleged false propaganda against her movie Thalaivii.

Kangana Ranaut celebrates her birthday today (March 23). The actress is currently in Udaipur wherein she is expected to celebrate her special day. However, amidst this, Kangana is making sure to take potshots at her detractors on social media. The actress took yet another dig at the infamous ‘movie mafia’ in her latest post in connection to her 2021 movie Thalaivii .
Talking about the same, Kangana shared a screenshot of a news article which spoke about the distributors of her movie Thalaivii asking for a refund of Rs 6 crore. The actress alleged that the news is baseless and it is a fake propaganda which is being spread by the movie mafia. Her caption read, “All this a fake propaganda by film mafia I have sold Emergency to @zeestudiosofficial and Thalaivii recovered all its cost before it's release. It's been two years since its release.’
Apart from this, Kangana Ranaut shared yet another post which had a screenshot of a tweet that claimed that anything anti-Indian is backed by Bollywood. The tweet furthermore said that back to back negative articles are being published for the Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi actress immediately after she tweeted against Khalistanis and actor-singer Diljit Dosanjh. Sharing the same, Kangana wrote, “Endless fake news is being circulated about me, please ignore those jinki jali padi hai (ignore those who are jealous of me).” Take a look at both of these posts.
The actress then shared a lovely picture of herself overlooking the sea and captioned the same stating, “Ignore changu mangu gang, just focus on my beauty.” Talking about the article regarding her movie Thalaivii, it stated that the distributors of the biographical political drama have been asking the makers for a refund of Rs 6 crore which they had paid in advance. The report further stated that the distributors have tried reaching out to the makers via phones and emails but the latter have not responded. Lastly, the report had stated that the distributors will be taking a legal action against the makers of Thalaivii.
