Bigg Boss OTT 3 - Anil Kapoor CONFIRMED to replace Salman Khan as show's host

Around two months ago, there started a buzz in the media circles about the upcoming season of Bigg Boss OTT 3 to see a change of host! Given the fact that Salman Khan has been associated with both the formats (main format as well as the OTT format) of the show as its most loved host, it was kind of unbelievable to even assume or think of anyone else taking the place of Salman Khan as the host! But, since the last few days, things are becoming absolutely clear that those were not just rumours, but a fact.

The upcoming season of Bigg Boss OTT 3 will indeed have a change of host, thanks to the teasers which have proved to be the biggest giveaway to the fact. And the new man in charge of the show is none other than Anil Kapoor, although the makers are yet to make an ‘official revelation’ about him. And, as for the new season, besides the change of host, it now seems that there will also be changes in the rules and format as well!

As per a latest tweet by BiggBoss_Tak, it has been said that the subscribers of the OTT platform (Jio Cinema Premium) will be playing a major role in Bigg Boss OTT3. Elaborating the same a bit further, it was stated that, when the show will get launched, each and every contestant will be needing approval from a maximum number of subscribers to see a green flag to get entry into the house! This is something which we will get to know once the show gets started!

Speaking about the show, with just a few weeks remaining for its launch, there have been many names which have been tossed as the ones who have been ‘approached’ to be a part of the show. These names (as per a tweet by Bigg Boss Tak), include Trishala Dutt (Sanjay Dutt's daughter) Bhavya Gandhi (Tapu), Tanushree Dutta, Ahana Deol (Hema Malini's daughter), Ushmey Chakraborty (Mithun Chakravarthy’s son) and a few others.
