Bigg Boss 18: Salman Khan shoots for the promo despite rib injury

The time has finally come when all the media and social media will be simply full of just one news ‘Bigg Boss, Bigg Boss… Bigg Boss’! After the runaway success of Anil Kapoor hosted Bigg Boss OTT 2, the show’s makers are now gearing up for the next season of Bigg Boss, which happens to be the main format of the show.

As a step in that direction, superstar Salman Khan has now shot for the promo episode of the show Bigg Boss 18. What is remarkable about this promo shoot is that, Salman Khan had shot for it, despite having a rib injury in his hand.

Speaking about the rib injury, it was during a children’s show on television that it first came to the public’s eye that he is suffering from it. But, unlike a few other actors, Salman Khan maintained a dignified silence about his rib injury.

It was only when Salman Khan was seen struggling to get up, was it known that he is suffering from a rib injury. At the same event, Amruta Fadnavis (wife of Maharashtra’s Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis), even went on to thank Salman Khan for not cancelling despite his injury.

Speaking about his latest public appearance, Salman khan was seen talking to the paps where he had confirmed that he has broken two ribs. Post the video, there were many fans of the superstar who were extremely concerned about his health and wellbeing. The superstar actor was seen talking to the paps at the photoshoot for the upcoming season of Bigg Boss, which will be in its eighteenth year.

The video of Salman Khan interacting with the paps had gone viral in a few minutes. In the said video, Salman Khan can be heard telling the paps to be careful and requested not to crowd too much. The 'Dabangg Khan' (as he is popularly called) can be heard saying, “Aaram se, do pasliyan tooti hain (Please be careful, as I have two broken ribs). Saying that, he was seen stepping into his vanity van.

The details of the Bigg Boss 18 shooting dates, its contestants and the premiere date are yet to be announced.
