Bigg Boss 18: Rohit Shetty CONFIRMS Nia Sharma as first contestant on Salman Khan's reality show

The telly land has been majorly dominated by two reality shows viz., Rohit Shetty hosted Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 and Salman Khan hosted Bigg Boss. Now that the Rohit Shetty hosted Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 has reached its grand finale, all eyes are now set on the Salman Khan hosted Bigg Boss 18.

While on the topic of Bigg Boss 18, the speculations have now already started about the names of the participants who will be seen in the upcoming season of the show. Even though the speculations remain speculations, as none of the contestants have been officially announced, there is one contestant who has now been ‘conformed’ to be a part of the Salman Khan show. And the name of the contestant is none other than Nia Sharma!

And the man who gave the confirmation of the stunner on the show was none other than Rohit Shetty himself! What had happened was that during the grand finale of Khatron Ke Khiladi 14, Nia Sharma was seen as one of the celebrity guests on the show. As for Nia Sharma, she had just wrapped up the cooking reality show Comedy Chefs.

It is during that moment, when Rohit Shetty made an official announcement that Nia Sharma will be seen as one of the contestants in the Salman Khan hosted reality show Bigg Boss 18. In no time, all the celebrities started congratulating Nia Sharma, who could be seen sporting a nervous smile. If the reports are to be believed, then, Nia Sharma had been offered to be a part of the reality show Bigg Boss many times before this.

As for the other contestants, while there are no announcements or confirmations, the probable (read ‘speculated’) list of participants includes Karan Nyra Banerjee, Shehzada Dhami, Dheeraj Dhoopar Veer Mehra, Rithvik Dhanjani, Shoaib Ibrahim Muskan Bamne, Padmini Kolhapure, Avinash Mishra and Shilpa Shirodkar.
