Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 teaser OUT: Kartik Aaryan wins you over as Rooh Baba, promises spooky fun | Watch

The year was 2007 when the cinegoers witnessed a revolutionary film in the form of Bhool Bhulaiyaa, which starred Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan in the leading roles. After this film proved to be a sleeper hit, the makers went on to announce its sequel in the form of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, which starred Kartik Aaryan, Kiara Advani, and Tabu in the leading roles. This film again, went onto become a blockbuster at the box office.

All of this led to the filmmakers announcing Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, which stars a wholesome cast of Kartik Aaryan along with Vidya Balan, Madhuri Dixit and Triptii Dimri in the leading roles. Speaking about Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, the makers today (including Kartik Aaryan) dropped the most awaited teaser of the film.

On his part, Kartik Aaryan captioned the post as, 'Kya Laga Kahaani Khatam Ho Gayi !! Rooh Baba vs Manjulika..iss Diwali Teaser Out Now !! The epic adventure begins this Diwali'. 

The teaser of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 starts off with a voiceover of a lady seeking revenge from Rooh Baba (Kartik Aaryan). This is followed by Rooh Baba asking the audience what they thought that the story had ended. He then voices an iconic line stating, ‘Darwaaze toh bandh ot hi hain… taaki ek din phi se khul sake’ (The doors get shut so that one day they can open!).

The teaser then takes us to Vidya Balan’s character who picks up the ‘sinhaasan’ in absolute anger and frustrations. This then leads to the ‘return of Legend of the Devil’ aka Rooh Baba, who tells that the world is mad that they fear ghosts. Amidst all this, there also exists a love story between the respective characters of Kartik Aaryan and Triptii Dimri.

Towards the end, the audiences are treated with the eerie and unforgettable evil laughter by Vidya Balan’s character. On the other side, Kartik Aaryan is shown having an intense conversation with his pygmy friend who describes Vidya Balan’s character as a ‘Numero Uno Daayan’.

At this, Kartik corrects him saying, ‘she is a vampire chudail, who appears in no time after she sees blood!’. The moment he says this, there are drops of blood that he sees on his hand. Seeing that, his pygmy friend falls down because of a heart attack!

Within minutes of the makers dropping the teaser of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, there were many fans and followers of the lead actors and also of the said franchise, who took to the comments section and expressed their love and excitement for the film. While one user wrote, ‘This is what dreams are made up of. With this film, I am sure that Kartik Aaryan will become the undisputed number one actor in Bollywood’, there was another user who wrote, ‘This is the best Diwali gift that the makers of Bhool Bhulaiyaa franchise can give the audiences. Kartik Aaryan is a total rockstar. His mere presence simply lights up the teaser. One really wonders what will happen when the film releases. It will be a total mayhem in the theatres!’

As for the film, the makers have decided that the film will be released on Diwali, although the exact date of the same has not yet been announced. While the film is being directed by Anees Bazmee, it has been produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar and Murad Khetani.

Even though Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 has been scheduled to be a Diwali release, it will reportedly clash with Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again, which stars Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone and others. The icing on the cake, however, is the presence of Arjun Kapoor, who will be playing a negative role for the first time in his career.
