'Glad We are living in kartik’s era': Shehzada Kartik Aaryan enters hilarious banter with Rajpal Yadav in new teaser, fans can't keep calm

After Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, Kartik Aaryan and Rajpal Yadav have reunited to tickle the audience’s funny bones in the upcoming family entertainer Shehzada . As the makers had offered a glimpse of their comic timing in the trailer, they dropped a new teaser to infuse more excitement among the audience ahead of the film’s release. In the short video, Bantu aka Kartik reveals that he is the original son of the businessman(Ronit Roy) to a police officer being played by Rajpal Yadav in the movie. The duo further gets into a funny banter that left the netizens in splits.

In the teaser, Rajpal asks Kartik who is he?, to which he replies, “Bantu, Main Ranveer Ka asli beta hu. Woh Dhirubhai main Mukesh, woh Mufassa toh main Simmba, woh Amrinder toh Mahender.” Then Rajpal interrupts, “Dhoni” and Kartik concludes by saying, “Bahubali”. As soon as the video went online, netizens spammed the comment section with hilarious reactions. One of the fans wrote, “Glad We are living in kartik’s era” Another commented, “Movie to Superduperhit he h!!” One of the comments read, “Favourite Duo- Kartik & Rajpal Sir!” “Bantu Punches always on top,” added another. Shehzada is the upcoming action-romantic drama, which is the Hindi remake of Allu Arjun’s 2020 Telugu hit Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo. The film marks Kartik’s second collaboration with Rajpal as well as Kriti Sanon . Besides them, the film also has Manisha Koirala, Ronit Roy, and Paresh Rawal as part of the cast. Backed by Bhushan Kumar’s T-series, Haarika & Hassine Creations, Geetha Arts, and Brat Films, the film is set for February 17 release. The advance booking opened on Saturday( February 11), and so far sold around 7200 tickets across three national chains. Going by the average response at the booking counter, the trade experts has predicted Rs 8-9 crore of opening collection.
