Bad Newz release date - This is when Vicky Kaushal , Triptii Dimri and Ammy Virk's film will hit theatres; trailer to drop soon

The wait for Triptii Dimri, Vicky Kaushal and Ammy Virk starrer Bad Newz is going to be over as the makers have announced the release date. They also shared a new poster on social media. What's more, the trailer for the film will be released today (June 28).

Bad Newz to release on July 19

The makers of Bad Newz took to Instagram to share a poster from the film while revealing the release date—July 19. The caption read, “Milte hai aaj shaam 4:30pm baje!!!! #BadNewz trailer OUT TODAY! In cinemas 19th July.”

In the poster, Triptii is seen standing in the middle, while Vicky and Ammy stand beside her on opposite sides. They look angry at each other. Triptii is wearing a denim bralette with denim shorts, while Vicky and Ammy look super cool in their respective denim ensembles.

This is not the first Bad Newz poster that has been released. In an earlier poster, Triptii is seen flaunting a baby bump as she wears a black bodycon dress. Vicky Kaushal and Ammy Virk are seen sitting beside her on opposite sides. Vicky looks dapper in a white shirt, pink jacket and jeans, while Ammy looks super chic in a yellow jacket and jeans.

In the second poster, both Vicky and Ammy are seen trying to push each other away, with a pregnant Triptii standing between them. The hilarious poster reads, "Aap Dono He Baap Hain." While revealing the poster, Vicky had captioned the post, "Yeh one in a million nahi... one in a billion hai! Get ready for this rare comedy inspired by true events!"

Cast and crew of Bad Newz

Bad Newz is the sequel to Good Newz, which starred Kareena Kapoor Khan, Kiara Advani, Akshay Kumar and Diljit Dosanjh. The story was about two couples with the same surname whose path cross after a mix up at a fertility clinic.

Bad Newz is directed by Anand Tiwari and is jointly backed by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Amritpal Singh Bindra and Tiwari. It will be released in theatres on July 19.
