Baby John: Varun Dhawan shares his ‘powerfully ferocious’ look in a new video, Janhvi Kapoor, Wamiq Gabbi and others share their reactions!

By now, it's needless to say, Varun Dhawan is one actor who appeals to almost all the ages. Be it the young or the young at heart, this man really makes a difference. While on one hand, he has been a part of mass entertainers like Judwaa 2, Main Tera Hero and others, and, on the other hand, he also, has to his credit of having done films like Badlapur, October and others.

All eyes are now set on his next film Baby John, a film that has been making news ever since the time it was announced. The film, which has been directed by A. Kaleeswaran and produced by Atlee, Murad Khetani, and Jyoti Deshpande under Jio Studios, Cine1 Studios, and A for Apple Productions, happens to be the official remake of Atlee's Tamil film Theri.

The makers of Baby John have now shared the teaser of the film, which has Varun Dhawan looking intense like never before. The said clip shows a deadly axe which has blood dripping from it. Well… there’s more! The axe also ‘features’ Varun Dhawan’s face on it! The ‘glimpse’ of the film’s teaser only shows the kind of intensity that one can expect from Baby John.

After sharing the said poster, Varun Dhawan captioned the same as, ‘Are you REAAAAADDDDY, don’t miss the exclusive #BabyJohnTasterCut, only in theaters from 1st November’. In no time, there was an array of people who took to the comments section and shared their reaction. One such person was Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor, who posted fire emojis, showing her excitement for the film. This was followed by Wamiqa Gabbi, who posted, ‘Let’s Go Baby Baby Baby’.

There were other fans as well who showed their excitement in the comments section. One user wrote, ‘Varun Dhawan in action super excited. Will we get to see your daughter Lara today on this great festival of Diwali? Baby John killing it @varundvn. This is the best teaser I have ever seen in my life’.

Another user wrote, ‘Though plot details and other vital aspects of the film have been strictly kept under wraps, I am sure about one thing that ‘Baby John’ will surely live up to its promise of being a high-octane action entertainer with Dhawan donning the action hero avatar. This would possibly be the first time that Varun will be seen doing an out and out action thriller’.

As for the starcast, besides Varun Dhawan, the film also stars Keerthy Suresh, Wamiqa Gabbi, Jackie Shroff, Rajpal Yadav, Sheeba Chaddha, Sanya Malhotra and Salman Khan. The film is being readied to be released all over on 25 December 2024.
