Baba Siddique death: Salman Khan arrives at late politician’s residence with beefed-up security to pay his last respects | WATCH

Since yesterday, everyone has been in a state of shock after the untimely and sudden death of the politician Baba Siddique, who was shot dead by three unknown assailants. Since the Bollywood actor has been extremely close to the late politician Baba Siddique, the police are also probing into that angle as well.

As per the latest reports, Salman Khan arrived at late politician Baba Siddique’s residence with beefed-up security to pay his last respects. The actor was seen in a jet-black coloured vehicle with security along with him.

For the unversed, the Lawrence Bishnoi gang has reportedly claimed responsibility for Baba Siddique's murder. The 66-year-old politician was known for his proximity to the Bollywood stars, including the two superstars of Bollywood Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan.

Amidst all this, there came a Facebook post, which was posted by a gang member of Lawrence Bishnoi, which has now gone viral. The said post stated, ‘Om, Jai Shri Ram, Jai Bharat. I understand the essence of life, and consider wealth and the body as dust. I did only what was right, honouring the duty of friendship’.

The post added, ‘Salman Khan, we did not want this war but you made our brother lose his life. Today the pool of decency of Baba Siddique is closed or at one time he was under MCOCA (Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act) with Dawood. The reason for his death was his links to Dawood and Anuj Thapan in Bollywood, politics, and property dealings.’

The post also said that, ‘We have no personal enmity with anyone. However, anyone who helps Salman Khan or the Dawood gang should be prepared. If anyone gets any of our brothers killed, we will respond. We never strike first. Jai Shri Ram, Jai Bharat, salute to the martyrs’.

The Mumbai Police have now launched a probe into the killing of the late politician Baba Siddique from all the possible angles, which also includes a business rivalry, contract killing, or any other threat’.
