Azaad trailer: Ajay Devgn leads the way in this Aaman Devgan and Rasha Thadani debut directed by Abhishek Kapoor

The very name Abhishek Kapoor needs absolutely no introduction at all. After having given hit films like Rock On, Kai Po Che and Kedarnath, the man is back with yet another offering to the silver screen in the form of Azaad. For the unversed, the film Azaad has been always touted to be one of the most awaited films of the year 2025.

Today, the makers of Azaad dropped the mind blowing and gripping trailer of the film. The film’s trailer starts off with the introduction of Azaad, which happens to be a horse owned by the character played by the fierce Ajay Devgn.

As the trailer progresses, you realise that the film’s title Azaad was indeed based on the story of the horse named Azaad and also it happens to be symbolic with the film’s script. Giving out anything more will be equivalent to letting the cat out of the bag!

The film’s trailer also saw the introduction of two of the star kids who are waiting to explore the skies of Bollywood. They are Aaman Devgan and Rasha Thadani. For the (still) unversed, Aaman Devgan happens to be the nephew of Ajay Devgn.

In other words, Aaman Devgan’s mother, Neelam Devgan Gandhi happens to be Ajay Devgn's sister. On the other hand, there is the stunning Rasha Thadani, who happens to be the daughter of the Bollywood superstar Raveena Tandon.

Right from the time the film trailer of Azaad got launched, there have been many netizens who just could not stop praising it. One user wrote, ‘Ajay Devgn With Different Story Mazza Aayega. He is my idol because I love the way he is living in a joint family along with his sister and her kids as well, I admire him for how good he is as a father, as a son, as a brother, as a husband and as a mama. I admire him for whatever he has done for the film industry, entertaining us for more than 30+ years, being the most secure actor. He gave chances to many new directors like Rohit Shetty, Anees Bazmi, Prakash Jha, Milan Lutharia who are too good today’.

Another user posted, ‘Can someone praise the boy" Aman Devgan to the skies! He looks so promising just like Rasha, who together, managed to capture the space in the trailer. She is extremely expressive in songs. Ajay Devgn sir is as usual intense. but aman and rasha ,would like to see more of them’.

As for the film Azaad, besides Ajay Devgn, it also stars Aaman Devgan, Rasha Thadani, Diana Penty, Mohit Malik, Piyush Mishra and others. While the film has been directed by Abhishek Kapoor, it has been produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Pragya Kapoor. The film is all set to be released in theatres on January 17.
