Are Kriti Sanon and Prabhas really in love or is this a publicity stunt for Adipurush? Here’s what we know

Recent reports suggested that much like Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, actors Kriti Sanon and Prabhas fell in love while working together on their first film. The two will be sharing the screen for the first time ever in Om Raut’s much awaited Adipurush . While Baahubali star Prabhas will be seen as Raghava, Kriti will be portraying the role of Janaki. Buzz revealed that what started out as friendship between the two on sets, has now become even more special. Sources also stated that Kriti and Prabhas want their bond to progress naturally and not rush into it.

Well, the latest report shared by ETimes claims that Kriti and Prabhas’ dating rumors are ‘nonsense’ and there is nothing going on between them. In fact, the link up reports could very well be a publicity stunt for Adipurush. A source was quoted saying, “Dono ke beech kuch bhi nahi chal raha. The fact that they haven't said anything about this so far is because they know that the Internet is known to be full of stories which are untrue. And yes, the Kriti-Prabhas pyaar one is definitely one such.”

This isn’t the first time that lead stars of a movie have been linked together right before the release, as a publicity stunt. But we can’t be too sure! Maybe it would be better to just wait and see what Kriti and Prabhas have to say about it. Coming back to Adipurush, the film also stars Saif Ali Khan as Lankesh, the king of Lanka, while Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 fame Sunny Singh will be seen as Lakshmana.
