Much before the time Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh announced about the arrival of their bundle of joy, there were many speculations around the same. Rather than playing the wait and guess game, the proud couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh took to social media and announced about the pregnancy.

On their part, both, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh took to social media and posted an extremely endearing post that had the essentials of a new-born baby. In the centre of the card was mentioned as ‘September 2024. Deepika and Ranveer’.

As per the latest update on the couple’s bundle of joy, a source-based report in News18 Showsha has now stated (read ‘speculated’) that the date of delivery of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s baby will be September 28.

The said news stated that, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, who were eagerly waiting for their baby, are now busy setting up a space for their baby. It added that, if things go as per plans, then, Deepika Padukone will be delivering the baby on September 28 at a hospital in South Bombay, and that she has presently taken a break from work.

In other words, with Deepika Padukone reportedly being readied for the baby’s delivery in a Mumbai hospital, also puts an end to the buzzing rumours regarding the would-be parents will be flying to London for the baby’s delivery.

The same report stated that, Deepika Padukone, who would be reportedly planning to resume work in 2025, would be wanting to dedicate the next few months to her little tot and that her maternity leave would be lasting till March of next year.

And, post that, Deepika Padukoen will be getting busy with the shooting of the film, which happens to be the sequel of Kalki 2898 AD, which also stars the spectacular superstar trio of Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan. And around next year, Deepika Padukone will also be reportedly starting the shooting of her most awaited film The Intern, which stars the inimitable Amitabh Bachchan as her co-star.
