Indian Cricket team has become the T20 world champions after defeating South Africa in the World Cup finals on Sunday. Celebrating India’s T20 World Cup triumph, Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma took to social media and penned a note for her husband Virat Kohli and team India while revealing her daughter Vamika’s biggest concern.

Taking to Instagram, Anushka shared a couple of pictures of Team India holding the World Cup trophy. In the caption, she revealed her daughter’s biggest concern. She wrote, “Our daughter’s biggest concern was if all the players had someone to hug them after she saw them cry on tv….. Yes, My darling, they were hugged by 1.5 billion people. What a phenomenal victory and what a legendary achievement!! CHAMPIONS - CONGRATULATIONS!! 🇮🇳.”
The caption grabbed the attention of her industry colleagues and fans. Television actress Kanika Mann wrote, “I’m crying over the caption now,” while a netizen wrote, “Yessssss. The third picture features Virat and Rohit Sharma holding the trophy. The fifth picture showcases Hardik Pandya getting emotional while the sixth features Virat hugging Rohit Sharma.

Other Bollywood celebrities also took to social media and extended their wishes to Team India. Kalki 2898 AD star Amitabh Bachchan took to X (formerly known as Twitter) and wrote, “T 5057 - Tears flowing down .. in unison with those that TEAM INDIA sheds... WORLD CHAMPIONS INDIA. Long live Mother India. Jai Hind Jai Hind Jai Hind.”

Team India beat South Africa in the ICC T20 World Cup finals at the Kensington Oval in Bridgetown, Barbados, on June 29, becoming the world champions for the second time.
