Kalki Koechlin purchased Anurag Kashyap’s house

Speaking about the house that he currently lives in, Anurag said that his former wife, Kalki, bought it from director Shashank Ghosh. He said that when he came to Mumbai, he just knew that he wanted to get into movies, and it didn't matter to him where he lived.

Anurag said that Kalki had found the house and that he later moved in there. He added that before he started living in his current home, he used to live only in rented houses. However, he revealed that he prefers living in rented spaces because that gives a person the chance to move anywhere.

What's Anurag up to these days?

Anurag will be seen next in Aditya Datt’s thriller drama series Bad Cop, in which he has a lead role alongside Gulshan Devaiah. Speaking about his character in the series, Anurag said, “I have created a lot of characters that are gory, quirky, dark and many more things, but believe it or not, it was difficult for me to become one. Kazbe (his character) is someone who doesn’t think too much before doing anything; he just does it. He is a dreadful, eccentric, nefarious and quintessential villain. I had to bite into the intricacies of this character and make it my own."

Directed by Aditya Datt, Bad Cop will be available to stream on Disney+ Hotstar starting June 21.
